ASROCK G31M-GS R2.0 VCORE UNLOCK?

Hi guys was wondering if it is posible to unlock vcore adjustment on this motherboard if not possibly a similar bios from different manufacture?

Please attach the BIOS image generated from this tool as the archive I downloaded would not extract the ROM image.

Hey lecky,

Unfortunately there isn't any reference to VCore control anywhere within the BIOS template or strings. We can however procceed with the retail BIOS hunt if you are able to test and recover etc.

yeh i thought that would be the case after doing some research maybe a asus bios? asrock are owned by asus could you take a look at p5kpl-am as it has same chipsets but more o.c options

This BIOS wouldn't flash to your board because it is twice the size of the original. Keep hunting Big Grin

yeh didn't look at that when i posted lol i found bios for asrock g31de that has vcore adjustment i flashed the bios with no problems but manual adjusting the cpu voltage didnt change anything in bios or cpuz any ideas?

That's great it flashed but weird it didn't change anything. Did you clear your CMOS with the jumper?

yeh the option was there but when i adjusted setings nothing changed for vcore i think its as good as it gets till i upgrade thanks for your time lecky

@thewizz sorry to be a pain mate but could you take a look at these screen grabs of bios strings is it possible to link these strings to a option in the bios? could you take another look mate
thanks lecky the voltage strings go from 0.8375 -> 1.6000 a vcore would.
