| RE: MCP61: MCP61PM-HM, MCP61PM-AM Motherboard Info So I got a Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P and its MCP61? And I want to overclock my AMD x2 250 3.1ghz to 3.5ghz and I think this bios can help me.. But when I flash it with awdflash and then restarts and when I try to enter the bios there is a mismatch and it retrieves the original bios. Dual bios and stuff. What do I need to do? TheWiz can you reply? | |||

| RE: MCP61: MCP61PM-HM, MCP61PM-AM Motherboard Info Hi Naik, I will need to look into this. Is there a way you can confirm whether it is working before the dual chip restores the bios? Thanks, TheWiz | |||

| RE: MCP61: MCP61PM-HM, MCP61PM-AM Motherboard Info Hey guys... Hoping to bump this thread a bit. Have a Gateway GM5474 with a MCP61P-AM and want to flash it to a bios that will allow me to get all of the overclocking options you have been referring to. I have an idea how to flash the bios but what bios mod should i use and is there maybe a good guide on all this stuff? Thanks | |||
