Ok sure no problem!
However, currently my laptop is not with me, I will have to wait a while before I can take the screen shots.
But I just want to be able to enable uefi/efi boot for windows 7 64bit if it is possible
I answer you, no not possible. EFI form is empty
I don't get it, you can enable uefi in bios? Isn't it some kind of user interface? What's that EFI form?
Ufff it's internals of the bios, how menus are organised and what you can view and cannot, that are the forms. And the forms related efi boot are empty so no possible to unhide anything that is not there.
Sorry, but I saw an picture of the insydeh20 rev3.5 bios that has all the options unlocked.

Can you please try?
But if you can't, then it is fine
but thank you for trying.
Insyde 3.5 is the "engine" running the forms and its config options, but the forms are different from machine to machine even all run same engine v3.5.
I managed to unlock these forms in my InsydeH2O Bios 3.5 on my Packard Bell Dot-S netbook. You may try those scripts on your bios. Check, if your machine has some recoveryfeature.
Run main.py -v infile outfile (with switch -v for verbose, to see if it finds hidden forms and unhides them)
Re-run the patched bios (outfile) through the script (main.py -v outfile). If there are no errors it should be ok.
