Thanks a lot for your reply.

I tried to run it, but it gives me this error:

"Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access. Please contact the target system BIOS vendor for an option to disable Protected Range Registers."

Kind regards,

Roy

Have You flashed from Pure Dos from USB ?
If do You want to try there is a Sleep Bug that permit to bypass Error 28 !

Look here :

Hello!
I use Windows 8.1 to reflash BIOS and modified by brainsucker
(http://habrahabr.ru/post/190354/) GRUB-Shell to change setup_var, not "pure" Linux.
Yes, it may be bit strange, but when the computer came from SLEEP Mode in WAKE-UP then
FPTw / FPTw64 works perfectly without "Error 28", I checked several times.
By the way, not necessarily close the "screen", it is enough to manually put the computer into sleep mode.

At this moment I don't feel any differences between original BIOS and Mod. Everything ok.

All the best!
Thank you for mod!

RE: Dell Inspiron 15 3537 (BIOS A08-A06)
Lol, look at this Ship.
No Error 28 in Result file logs when laptop Woke-Up after Sleep and woke up.
Results : http://rghost.ru/6DLrXCtYl
Please, make a modify now We can reflash Bios Mod !
Also i found Hidden Tab in bios structure.

So first We have to check is Sleep Bug is Actived yet !
Copy "modified" folder into C:\ HD root place and then open a Comand Prompt
with Admin Rights then prepare your comands to execute !
Put the Laptop into Sleep Mode and then Wake-Up It after Woke-Up
then go into Comand Prompt and execute this comands enetring ENTER after
any one :

cd C:\

cd C:\modified

fptw -f bios.bin -bios

Use fptw64 if your Windows is x64 !!!
So if You got a PASSED reply You have flashed surely your Bios Mod and Bug
is actived yet !
Then go to Bios Menu Setup and check all Tabs showed !!!

Yes, i created the freedos bootable USB drive with the tool.

I tried the sleep mode bypass but I got the same error.

Also tried the commands but it says "This program cannot be run from DOS".

Thanks for your effort

Can You upload some screenshots about your procedure ?
I don't know what is your error but We did not have to get your error !?!?
Have You tried to Disable Scure Boot ? before doing Flash ?
You have to Downgrade to a prvious Bios Version to bypass Error 28 !
