Two years passed and I found out the Intel VT is disabled in BIOS (I need it for my work now). So I went to the BIOS, changed that setting, saved settings, rebooted and found out that the setting was still disabled (in BIOS and in OS). To cut a long story short - it is not possible with patched BIOS to enable virtualization or I am doing something wrong.
BDM, sovem, anyone could you help me?

I'm making this post because I need to remove the WWAN whitelist on my pc.
I've tried other posts, including this one:

And they don't work as I'm running 64 bit windows 10.
My bios is Pheonix version 5FCN95WW version 3.1.

I don't know if this is required but my wifi card is (for now) an Atheros AR9285
