[REQUEST] Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 2 20A8 Whitelist Removal & Advanced Bios

Hi,

I'd like to remove the wifi card whitelist on my 2nd Gen Lenovo X1 Carbon. I've created a flash dump with the BIOS Backup Toolkit on Windows. I have access to SPI flashing hardware so it is not a problem for me if this flash chip is write protected. I would also like to unlock the Advanced menu (for configuring DVMT) but I can request that in another thread. 

If there up to date documentation about how these firmware mods work? I'd like to be able to do it myself in future.

Device: Lenovo X1 Carbon 2nd Gen (2014) 20A8
Bios:  7CCN26WW (1.13)
Original Wireless Card: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260

Your bios is rewrite protected
Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

I’ve got the tools I think. I’ve got the clip that clips into the bios chip, that’s how I got the DUMP. Is that what you mean? Sorry if I’m mistaken

Hey - sorry to dig up and oldish post, but any chance you could send me the non-whitelist bios for the 20A8?

I don't have windows, so can't use most of these tools. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
