Win8 cannot run on MBR HD (as Win7), indeed It needs UEFI partition with GPT !!!
I don't know why your Windows cnnot go on anyway your info are few !
Describe all operations You have done and the effects (few words and more pics)

ok,its so;i have the HP_tools install on usb flash drive,next i have the data folder CHRISIS BIOS,in this one is an BIN 7001 data,there i copy and pack to th usb in the folder "Hewlett-Packard" -but when i open this here are three folders!!!,1BIOS 2 Bios UPdate 3 SYSTEM DIAGS on http://donovan6000.blogspot.it/2013/06/i...overy.html on the screenshoots i see the 7001 BIN must in G:\Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\Current .IS THIS RIGHT ?!?!?! ok i think its right,i do this.know the usb stick is ready?? now i insert the usb on HP DV8 press the power button and press F9 too start "BOOT FROM GENERIC FLASH DRIVE" ??? OK?!? its comes the Order "PRESS ANY KEY TO START FROM USB........" ok i press any key,but NOTHING...i wait wait wait 15 miniutes but nothing Sad
i want post later a screenshoot but what for ???

I am sorry as I posted Donovan6000 Recovery Help, but your laptop as a Bios different and don't use that method I think !
I found the Crysis Folder into original Bios and PMTool don't give Recovery Name
So It seems there are no other way to use Crysis Folder !
I have to do some research about your laptop and will return with explainations !

so whts next step please?
must the data file 7001.bin copy to the stick folder : G:\Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\Current ??? or what ?? which data files i musst copy to the stick and in which folders ???
In other forums(ALL in english Sad ) peopels say when i put the stick on my laptop than i must pres synchron WINDOWS(key) B( key) and Power(key) ???

so whats next please???

yeah im so ...???? HAPPY :AFTER 5 BOTTLES jimbeam one gram of Dope and so many nights ...i have checked the problem Smile
i have install the old BIOS 7001 (chrissis bios)
first,you must NOTHING install on USB !!!
you normaly formated the USB Stick @ fat32 and copy 7001.bin @usb stick
than you erase the battery on mainboard,the akku,the hdd(ssd) ALL erase.
then you put the USB stick in the Laptop,than you put the power cabel in the laptop,than press WINDOWS key and B key together AND than the POWER key all together,the laptop beep beep beep lost the finger from keys and WAIT !!!!
the laptop beep 30 seconds this NORMALY ...and than the laptop goes down.
now you leaf the usb stick and press power...uhhh the old bios is on laptop !!!
