not at all) I used IDA Pro and
Jakob's IDA database with the comments, all Insyde Bios files are similar in structure. We can not just unlock the option, because that the new bioses as our have a new menu structure (experienced people say that).
Bump.
Can it be sorted ? We can't enter UEFI mode or select RAID in order to use Intel Smart Response.

There is now a BIOS version 1.12. RAID is still locked, I did not unlock hidden menu, I has forgotten how to do it
. Jacob forgot about us, we are waiting for a miracle
ps I think that the transition from BIOS to UEFI impossible
The latest version is 1.13
Anyway, I don't understand why Acer offers version 2.x if we are unable to install it. It says it's for Windows 8 (no upgrade only). I have Windows 8 without upgrade and I still can't install it.
Oh, yes, 1.13.
BIOS 2.x is only for the motherboards with the UEFI chip? And it not for upgrade bios (for customers?)
