I UNLOCK bios from same tablet (impad 1410)

I patch IP-M41.1E.03 from same tablet 3Q Surf TN1002T:



1. add SLIC 2.1 table for my manufacturer Impession (Navigator)
2. Replace "Exit" menu to "Power"
3. unhide items on Advanced, Security, Boot, Power
