i already replaced the Athlon w/ the 4100 but when i turn it on it just shows me a black screen. help needed!!

RAM: 7.0 gig
OS: Windows 7
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4200
Desktop Casing: HP p6000 series
PC Model: p6604f
