Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

On my last post maybe I rambled on too long.
Let me rephrase the question.
I would appreceiate anybodys help in unlocking this bios.
i dont know what should get unlocked, everything i suppose.
I would like to be able to change interupts, toggle numlock, any embedded components. anything else thatsv easy to turn on.
