Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Would somone be able to provide a Modded bios for a probook 4310s, Tried doing it myself but that was a very bad idea... (Least i know the recovery proceedure works now )

I think someone's done it in the past but any links I came accross were long since dead.
