Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello. I have a Sony VAIO FGN-BZ560 that I need to be able to enable AHCI for a SSD install. BIOS download is here

Currently have no way to get screenshot of current BIOS settings but it is pretty bare.

Yes I did search for it, I did see the post here about the BZ560P. His link did point to the same BIOS file as this but the model number on mine is not a "P" and he solved it himself. I am not that bright...
