I have a Packard Bell EN TJ68. It has a Phoenix BIOS.

I have recently upgraded the CPU to a Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 and I am receiving a CPUID message at boot-up.

The latest BIOS download from the Packard Bell website is:

Version 1.31

This was released on June 14 2010.

Could someone be kind enough to insert the correct microcode in to the BIOS update files. I'm not at all concerned about opening hidden menus but if that is included then it would be a bonus.

Than you in advance.

I'm not sure it will help you but for the PB TJ65 you can find the modded bios v1.31 on the www. I used it successfully on a few TJ65 & TJ 66. My guess is that it's easier for one to check if it will work on your TJ68 than do it all over.

If I remember it right there is also one already done for the TJ67.

Hope this info will help you to get what you want.

Regards
