please try to unlock my Bios. Would be very nice to have advanced menues.

I have that notebook too and would appreciate that too.
Or is there a bios out there that would run on this i5 3rd generation notebook from another manufacturer?

the maschine: packard-bell easynote te11hc, insyde h20 vers.3.7, processor b960, bios revision: 2.13, windows 8 pre-installation, no slic.
is it possible to add slic 2.1 in it?

hi guys; i have this computer. and i make this computer windows 7 and iatkos ml2 installation. but ihave your problems. i think www.packardbell.com download bios EN-TE11-HC version 1.19 or down versions flashing laptops.
Can anyone help me enabling VT in this bios?
I can't even find the fd file in the package, I think it's hidden or something.

I took a look at your BIOS, It already has VT and VT-d enabled by defauld... even not showing them, it is enabled...
is that intel fpt? Because I tried fptw earlier and I get an error 104, I tried a program called universal bios dump or something that was able to dump a rom
