You need to make a Backup of the BIOS from your PC.
I can't extract it from the .exe.
Also supply a R/W Report as detailed here:

No need to insert the SLIC into BIOS, because the SLIC is hidden inside the BIOS of Dell FreeOS class systems.
To unhide the SLIC is necessary to run the ASSET program in the attached file (the ISO file and instructions are included).

This procedure worked for me.
