Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi i'm a newbie to bios editing, the trouble with my current wireless card ar9485wb-eg, i'm getting loss of connection most the time, I wanted to add an intel 6230 to my bios.

I've changed wireless card but however i noticed that my AMI bios doesn't support my card.
I used Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0 to get my samsung bios backed up.
My current wireless card ar9485 is currently removed.

-Manufacturer: Samsung Laptop
-Motherboard Model: NP300E5A-A04DX, amd based system.
-Bios revision: 05QN.MI05.20120329.SKK
-Bios Type:AMI / ACPI 2.0

-Current card: ar9485wb-eg with bluetooth 4.0.

-Card to be added: Intel centrino Advanced N 6230 with bluetooth 3.0.

I've installed the intel 6230 card the bluetooth works however the wireless doesn't.
The intel wireless card says in device manager, device status "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".
