could someone please unlock TRIM for HDD and if possible CPU OC settings for my XMG A722?

CPU: Intel I7 3610QM
Chipset: Intel HM77 Express
GPU: GeForce 660GTX

BIOS:
KB1.00.08
EC1.00.05
