Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Good night, I am new in the forum and i need your help, after reading many threads, have been able to qualify the virtualización by hardware in my Sony VAIO FE 41 M, but I have not obtained that the portable one recognizes 4GB of ram, I have read who am possible to install that ram memory in this portable one and now which I have updated the processor and i need to increase the ram 4GB.

These are the characteristics:
VAIO VGN-FE41M
Procesador: Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 1,66GHz
-Tecnología de Procesador: EM64T
-Tecnología SpeedStep mejorada
-Velocidad del Bus: 667MHz
-Caché:2MB L2
-Chipset:Intel 945PM Express
Memoria
-Memoria Estandar:2GB
-Memoria Máxima: 2GB
-Tecnología: DDR2 SDRAM 667 Mhz

Adjuntament the original file of BIOS, this does not have activated the VT-H.

Hi all,
are there some news about unlocked BIOS file for Vaio FE41M?
I would to increase the ram 4GB too.

I've found only the file for FE31M but i don't think is possible to use this, it's right?
