Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello to all the respected members out here.

I have a Sony Vaio E Series laptop (model no. E Series SVE15126CN).

The BIOS version is R0140D6

I am looking to change some options (like setting the dic mode to AHCI) but my BIOS does not have this option. Could someone please point me to a working mod for this system?

PS: The Sony Website does not list any bios for this model... Anything else i could do?
