That one should do it. If it flashes and still RSDT fail, please download and install RWEverything http://jacky5488.myweb.hinet.net/bin/RwV1.4.zip and post the full ACPI Tables report, ctrl+F2 or the double disk icon. There is more than one OEM table that needs replaced on this one, the report will help point out any that were linked/missed; like Olohn00 needed replaced. It is important to run the report without a modified bios or loader; this will ruin the purpose of using the report. So please flash it with the normal oem bios prior to generating a report.

Yesterday I have flashed this BIOS - oh, yess! - it works ok. Windows 7 has activated without any toubles. Thank you guys for spending so much time trying to get it work!
