I have PB g5630 motherboard which is based off the MSI Eclipse X58, Ive unlocked the bios that came installed but it does not have the Disable/Enable Hyperthreading feature. Is it possible to flash this board with the MSI Eclipse's or Acer m7720's bios that do have this feature?
If the chipset is exactly the same and the layout of the board is similar there is a good chance they may be compatible, however you would only want to test this out if you have a BIOS programmer to recover should the new BIOS corrupt the chip and it need to be re-flashed.
