Hello, could anyone help me with unlocking bios for my laptop? I need hard drive settings to turn on IDE/compatibile mode

ps. I have found similar entry in bios database (sp55068_UlkMenus_ByCamiloml) so i though its safe and working and since its same name as softpaq for my bios installer i tried it.
Upon flashing (with tool in that pack that automatically started) everything went fine. New bios loaded it was fully unlocked but when i try to do ANY change (simple boot order) and i wanted to save it after pressing exit and save bios setup exited and there was blank black screen. Nothing happened i waited over 5 minutes. After that i reseted laptop. When i tried to turn it on it started but stopped with black blank screen (no boot, no anything). I had to remove CMOS battery and restore defaults. After that laptop turned on but again with any change in bios it bricked. I have sucesfully reverted to original bios and its working so but its all locked again :/
