Hi,
I just tried to upgrade the MXM Module (3.0b) from GTX570 to GTX670MX.
My Laptop is a barebone/whitebook MSI 1761.
I already tried to flash the GTX780DX Bios (E1761IMS.30H) from MSI's own non berabone Version - and it works so far - it just also does not support the GTX670MX.
Fan starts, led is on but no screen and it doesn't seem to boot either.
Is there any way to mod the Bios to incorporate support for new graphic cards ?
Would it be possible to "rip" that part of another amibios that does ?
I might be on the wrong track and it could be the fault of the vbios. Any good hints why this is the case would also be welckome.
All this MXM3.0 stuff is really anoying. The standard seems to be not even worth the paper it's written on.
Help would be highly appreciated.
