New to the forums been lurking for awhile. I stumbled on this site when I began my search and some were able to load the newest OROM's into the BIOS for the Asus Rampage III Extreme thus enabling TRIM support under RAID0. I flipped through the - Asus Rampage III Extreme ZioMod Bios - thread as well as other areas on the site and didn't see what I was looking for so I thought I post my request. I have the Asus Rampage III Gene motherboard (the Micro ATX X58 equivalent of yours - http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_S.../#overview ) and was wondering if someone would be able to apply the same OROM mod's that say ZioGTS did to theRampage III Extreme BIOS to the one for my particular motherboard? The latest BIOS for the Asus Rampage III Gene can be found here - http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1...S-1003.zip
Here's a special ZioMod version for R3 Gene, with the following features:

Intel® ICH10R SATA RAID Controller: v11.6.0.1702
Marvell 91xx SATA 6G Controller - Bios : v1.0.0.1033
Marvell 91xx SATA 6G Controller - Firmware: v2.2.0.1125
Marvell 91xx SATA 6G Controller - Bootloader: v1.0.1.0002b
Intel® 82567V-2 Gigabit Network: v1.3.95

As far as I know, nobody has been able to confirm that TRIM is fully working on Raid0 over x58-based systems. I don't have an SSD array, so I can't verify myself. You can flash the bios as usual (ALT+F2 method recommended). As I don't have an Asus R3 Gene, this bios is completely UNTESTED. Try it at your own risk, and please report success/failure here.

Everything went as smooth as could be. Loaded BIOS defaults, rebooted, flashed via ALT-F2 method, flash successful, rebooted and it auto updated the onboard controllers. I went into the BIOS reconfigured it to AHCI and it booted right into Windows. I am tracking down the latest Marvel drivers at the moment and will be reinstalling Windows soon to RAID 0 a pair of Samsung 830 SSD's.

Big thanks for ZioGTS for pulling this together in such a short time.

I can report successful flash, Bios upgraded at first boot the Marvell firmware successfully. I'll edit a report on TRIM later here.
Thanks a lot for the mod!!
