Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I think ive tried just about all the diffrent bios from biostar and from lejabeach trying to unlock this 7750BE. Idk if it may be something in the bios or when but ive read up that the older version can unlock the processors and not the newer one. It would be great if someone who knows a little bit about this could help me out.
