I found my mistake Blush
My board is called 965M03A1-Q-8KS2H...but are there so much differences in Bios? Both Bioses begin with 689A1P.. .bin - the latest working version i had installed was ...P65!
---
Alt+F2 doesnt work...Seems like keyboard is dead, no Leds are lightning!
Its a PS/2 Keyboard, not usb...can do what i want but there is no disk-access...

I can attach some photos but can I really do something else than send it to Acer?
Ive got a big soldering iron here, much too large...i never could solder out any of these small pieces without practice!
---
Found an interesting article while uploading pictures Undecided
They do say that a picture is worth a thousand words dont they? Smile

First off - curses that your chips soldered on!

Second , please can you remove the silver sticker that says PhoenixBios on your BIOS chip so we can read the information printed underneath! - Then we can have a look at whether our programmer supports this and then offer help and advice from there

There is nothing under the sticker Huh
Thats extremely strange - Theres supposed to be a bios CHIP under there , not just the pins!

Looks elsewhere on the board , il read through the service guide posted previously to see if we can locate the chip Tongue

Yeah, it is REALLY strange...my manual says:
U25 (place under the sticker) - FWH Bios Socket

On backside I cant see any chips!

Im almost sure mb is factured by Foxconn...maybe it helps
Is it possibe that bios is only in one small serial chip like shown in my "interesting article" posted above and not in FWH-bios? Huh

I cant reach Foxconns online-support...maybe its down?

Why did they produced such a trash like this?!

And do you know whats the reason why your bios dont work with my pc?? I didnt recognized any errors while flashing-progress....
Not sure there mate , possibly a bad flash or a bad mod - sometimes its hard to tell which one!

Ive removed the mod anyway to stop other people from flashing it until we sort this issue.

God knows why produced this rubbish motherbaord , i have an Acer myself and its got a similar board in it!

it is definatly a foxconn board. not much on support but it also has some thing called a firmware chip in that manual I posted.

I cant read the chip in the picture, but this is about the right size and shape of an SPI chip. Although the only other one I have seen is right next to an spi 7 pin header.
