I'm trying to get a stable version of the ROM for the above board (I know its a very old board but it works well with my Q9550!) i've tried a couple of modified roms but having mixed success!
I know from previous experience that there was a v1.0 and v1.1 version of this board, but i've now seen a BIOS for a V2.0 board (F13e). I cannot find any information on the this board anywhere! Can anyone shed any light? I've installed the modified F13e ROM and eventually got my 3TB drive to detect, but if i use the F12 modified BIOS the gigabyte/JMicron SATA hangs for ages before failing to detect the drive.
I would try and modify the ROM myself, but was hoping some kind person might be able to help with the update versions of the Realtek LAN, CPU Microcode, SATA AHCI BIOS and JMicron BIOS?
Any help would be really appreciated! I have posted about this on the end of another related thread, but thought i'd put a proper explanation in here!
