Update from windows, run BiosUpdate_D630_A18.exe as administrator, then reboot to flash.
Please post results.

Flashing seems to have worked correctly (I had to remove BIOS password first).
I will install Win7 this evening and report if that worked too.

By the way... this is the 2nd time you made a BIOS mod for me. Have you read your private forum messages yet? ;-)

Installed Win7 and it was activated right away. Thx!

Proceed as directed. After rebooting windows screen turns black after 30 seconds starts the windows and I still have SLIC 2.0. Can you help?

- Check if any password is set in BIOS and remove it.
- Check if option "Flash only signed BIOS" has been enabled. It should NOT be enabled, if it is you can never disable it again.
