this mobo is kind of old but it supports my FX-8350 black edition and my 1866mhz 4x4gb Corsair Vengeance and has over 20 possible USB ports.
Anyway, the posts are old, people saying they're flashing their bios to version 1.xx, I got the last firmware update ever released for it, v.2701 ....well I have the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0, which is the best sub-model of that series.
So, anyways, due to the lack of info on bios firmware over 1.[censored], I patched it to 2701 back in 2016 when it came out and it seems like the final firmware.
Is there any hope to apply some of the patches discussed in these threads for the LE R2.0, or since nobody ever mentioned bios v.2701, then I rather be cautious and ask the pros here.
Thanks for your time. Sorry for being a thread resurrector, but that mobo is good and still is relevant if it can run the memory and cpu and graphic adapters I have in that tower.
