Hi all and thank you for allowing me to participate in your community.

I am awe in the level of skill and knowledge present on this board, and I am no doubt out of the depth when perusing the information detailed here.

I come here to humbly ask for your help in regards to fixing what I view as a simple and straight-forward problem(chances are I'm just scratching the surface of the problem, but I think for my purposes that will do).

The problem - My Toshiba Satellite running Insyde BIOS v 1.10 didn't boot yesterday and gave me a sequence of beeps(to yesterday I had never heard beeps like these, and wouldn't have suspected they actually meant something....I know, please try to contain your laughter).

After several hours of scouring the internet looking for what these beep codes mean, I have found time and time while good repositories seem to exist for just about every other BIOS manufacturer, they don't for Insyde(I could and most likely am wrong, but if the rest of my post is any indication then you know that being wrong is nothing new for me).

I tried Toshiba support, of course my computer is out of warranty and I think the person on the other end of the line was trying their best to contain their laughter when I asked for where I might find the repository of beep codes.

So my question to you - is can you direct me to where I might find the meaning of what my BIOS system is trying to tell me via beeps?

If you have read this - thank you for taking the time and any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Burks
