Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Can anyone unlock this bios to its full potential? I really want to be able to max out my fan to its highest speed. Anyway if anyone can help me mod this bios to unlock everything and maybe add some options that'd be awesome! Thanks!
