Run M6300A14_MOD.exe as administrator, then reboot, the update process will take place automatically.
Please post results.
Ok so i just found this mod and it seems to have a couple issues.
First i ran it in Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (fresh install)
The result was the notebook did reboot into a blackscreen for about a minute until it did reboot again. The Bios version was still A13 so nothing changed.
(Slic not present)
Then i ran it in Windows 7 Ultimate x86 (HDD from another system but not cluttered)
This time the notebook did reboot into the Bios update screen (during the process the CPU fans were spinning at 100% speed)
It then said it has Bios version A14 so it definitely did update the Bios.
However, there was still no Slic present.
Did i do something wrong?
I ran it as administrator as you said. It rebooted automatically both times.
Thanks for your help!

Yes i just noticed that. I downloaded the File at the end of July (29th to be exact) but haven't had the time to try this mod out until yesterday.
(Filename was Dell_Precision_M6300_A14.rar)
I really would like to have a A14 Bios with SLIC though. Is there any chance it could still be done?
Thanks!

Try flash original bios, then create RWE report and upload it.

What exactly does that mean?
Should i flash A14 again and create a new RWE report instead?
