Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I wonder if it´s possible to mod the bios to add the option to Disable HPET.
As currently it´s forced enabled.

I am new to this, so i don´t know what can be done.

The latest version is: 1602

It´s an ASUS motherboard.
