Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

i am currently new to bios modification. i have this pavilion laptop bought in 2008.Although it belongs to the dv6700 series, its model is the dv6930ei .i have only updated the bios version from F.58 to F.59 (using win flash,its a phoenix bios update from hp site). it gets pretty hot these days. i want to unlock the potentials of this board especially ram upgrade as the current limit is 4gb. i plan on doing so many stuffs that require up to 8gb ram.
