For the love of god, don't update to sp55551/F.20.
You won't be able to downgrade or flash a modded bios anymore without a hardware flasher.

After scavenging the net, I managed to find out the BIOS. This is the readme:

Uses ttav134@mydigitallife's modded HPQFLASH to allow flashing
a modified bios.

This modded bios has been checked to confirm it decompresses OK with
ADDCCV3. This confirms the bios can be flashed and emergency recovery
performed should there be any problems.

The following "from to" changes in the HP released SP41953 rom.bin.

000110D7: F4 90  : Disable WIFI/WWAN whitelist check
000110D8: EB 90  : Disable WIFI/WWAN whitelist check
000110D9: FD 90  : Disable WIFI/WWAN whitelist check
00017E6F: E8 90  : Disable SLP state check (for Win7 SLIC 2.1)
00017E70: 44 90  : Disable SLP state check (for Win7 SLIC 2.1)
00017E71: 06 F8  : Disable SLP state check (for Win7 SLIC 2.1)
00017E8C: FF FE  : Enable SLIC 2.1 table read
0006A55F: 00 10  : DIsable EIST-lock bit for dual-IDA overclock
000E6222-000E62B5 : SLIC 2.1 table #1
000F6222-000F62B5 : SLIC 2.1 table #2

I would quite recommend to first update to vanilla F.0F before this.
