Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

First of all, thanks for accepting me in your forum!

I have an old HP notebook with a no modify Phoenix BIOS, then, I can't change things like the dedicated video memory (I have 128MB) and I can't play "big" games like Tomb Raider 2013 and others because have not Advanced Settings (chipset) and I can't increase my dedicated video memory ... My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate (original Vista) ...

Well, can someone help me and mod a Phoenix BIOS F.5A for my notebook? ...

Hundreds of days waiting for a response, and this has never come ... Why? Because my BIOS is not modifiable, or simply because you have ignored me? ... I thought that this site would help me, but nobody helped me ... Thanks, for nothing ...
