About Acer Aspire M5620 BIOS.
My hard drives are detected as IDE but would like to run them as AHCI.
Acer locked the option to change my "Onboard SATA mode" to AHCI.
If possible, will someone please mod my BIOS for me?
Latest BIOS source is still available on their website.

I've managed to mod the BIOS myself!
I only modded the Onboard SATA Mode to enable AHCI when pressing F9 (optimized defaults)
I will upload the modded BIOS soon as possible.
Here is my modded BIOS for AHCI.
Remember that you
must reset to optimized defaults in order for AHCI to be enabled!
Disclaimer
Bare in mind that this BIOS is only intended for Acer Aspire M5620
I only changed one value which enables AHCI when reset to optimized defaults.
This BIOS is tested and validated by me.
Please bare in mind that Flashing BIOS can be dangerous, I'm not responsible for your own actions!
Thanks alot, worked for me ! You can reset the original BIOS on the MB if you need (Like I did)

I just try to download this mod but I cant. When I click on it, appears a lot of characters in other page. Why?

But I have a problem - do not boot from the flash drive. Tell me, please, how did you flashing bios? A flash drive or dvd-drive?
