Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi,

I got used EasyNote TM98 mb (BIOS V1.10) for my (broken) Acer Aspire 5741 laptop.
Mb is same but bios isn't (obviously). Just Installed Win7 x64 and used Acer drivers, everything works fine except FN-keys (installed LaunchManager Dritek).

Can I flash original Acer bios (V1.15 Winflash_NEW70115) to Packard Bell EasyNote TM98 mb?

TM98 and 5741 use same bios.

I have the same problem with acer 5741's keyboard on a Packard Bell TM85, is there a solution?
Because the bios is the same for both, is possible to mod bios forcing the acer's keyboard layout?
