Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

i've asus p8h67-i deluxe (revision B3) and i want to it have raid with trim, i think it would work with latest orom, but i don't know much about it, the bios i'm using is almost the latest one (0905), the bios can be found here, i didn't understand much about this SLIC thing, if you can update (or if it's necessary) you can do:
