yes formatted the flash drive with HP_USB_Disk_Storage_Format_Tool v2.2.3, and created a DOS startup disk with usbdosfolder (command.com, io.sys und msdos.sys)

Flash original bios at first, then, after reboot, flash bios mod.
should I flash the original bios with windows, after the reboot take the EFX_111.WPH file from the bios mod and copy to winflash64, enable 'Disable Axx swaping automatic detection (if present)' and 'Update the BIOS and not DMI' and flash the bios mod with windows?
edit: not working
now I tried mod with Win98 MS-DOS flash drive, and the flashing procedure is running, back in windows it shows me no activation. SLIC TOOLKIT shows error message 'slic OEM ID or Signature error'
