-OS - Running Windows 8
-BIOS - Insyde Bios F.13

My mission is to get the advanced menu unlocked and white list.
I'm stuck with windows 8 and I am trying to modify the BIOS so I can get the advanced menu so I can change the SATA settings. When I try to install Windows 7 with the BIOS it says CD/DVD driver missing. I tried to modify it myself but according to sources online is that the file HP released is encrypted, I used the command prompt to pull the decrypted BIOS file from a hidden partition on the hard drive but now I am loss at what to do now. Any help or guidance would be great, I've tried tutorials but when I use PhoenixTool structure function it just gives me an error!
