Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi all,I'm new here so I hope I'm doing this right. I have a Pentium E6600 and would like it to be recognized by the bios. I'm getting the uCode error on start up, but works fine after that, except I have to shutdown manually. Here is the link to the latest Bios. I've checked out a few other boards, but I don't know what the right one is,sorry. I hope someone can mod this AMI bios for me so it works,you guys are my last hope. Thanks. I should add that the latest bios for this board is version 1103.So no one can help me or give some info? The CPU Spec code is SLGUG.

So no one can help me? Or give me some advice? I can upload the bios if someone wants to have a go at it.But why no response at all? I don't understand.

Thank you very much,IT WORKS,no more F1 error!!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate this Florin9doi,I've been banging my head against the wall for months trying to figure this out and than you post a link to this bios and JOY. All I did was add Asus SLIC 2.1 to it. Plus my comp restarts and shuts down properly now also. So again,thank you so much.Oh yeah you deserve 6 stars for this,but I clicked one by mistake,and I don't know how to undo it.

Hi @Florin9doi and @seeker3, do either of you still have the modded bios file for the Asus P5L-MX-Pentium E6600 support. I am having similar issues with my PC with the uCode error on start up, and then having to shutdown manually. The Sendspace link is no more and I would be most grateful if someone could post another link to this bios.
