Tablet says Pheonix when booting but RWEverything says its Award so posted here.
I have attached bios also as I had to have it sent by manufacturer via email, bios was not available to download on their website.

Have I formatted my request incorrectly or is it not possible to add slic2.1 to this bios?
I have tried using the award tool but not really having much success.

I have installed DELL Win7 32bit iso and copied XRM file to system32/oem but windows says 3 days to activation...
SLIC toolkit says SLIC 2.1 installed but says NO OEM Certificate found.
Any idea what I am doing wrong please?
