This bios type is award，not a ami 8.0.
I delete all old p4 microcode and added 771 c0 and e0 microcode within the 1502 bios.
Try it , and reply some information , like cpu-z.
if cpu-z has sse4.1 and vt-x . it is success !
i also used 771 cpu.
If you use 771 cpu by gigabyte mainboard , you can look

There is all support fsb1333 775 mainboard modified to 771 cpu.

Thanks. Work but i can't escape from the error when i begin the installation of win 8.1 bsod 0xc000021a error and restart. I try another os linux ubuntu live cd v7.10 and work on live cd.
