I really need your help to unlock the hidden settings in this BIOS.
I actually have the following tabs : Information, Main, Security, Boot and Exit. Only the SATA mode can be change, all other setting are hidden (except date etc ...)
I want to change the CPU fan management because it currently slow down the CPU speed to 800 Mhz (instead of 2300 Mhz), and the CPU's RPM never change. Then this notebook is very often at 800 mhz ... Then maybe i can access to advanced and/or power settings ...

I'm very happy to finally solve this topic : I've unlocked by mylself this BIOS using jakobheinemann.de python script. I've spend several days searching and trying lots of methods ... For anyone who need this BIOS, it can be used for the following notebooks (and probably other similar models - Found by Google) :
->> Insyde H2O (rev 3.5) Version : 2.14
- Acer Emachine E442 (probably E400 E600 series too)
- Packard Bell EasyNote TM81
- Acer Aspire 5551
Flashing under Windows work fine, try DOS mode if it doesn't.
Remember how to restore BIOS if you brick :
- Put original BIOS on FAT32 formated USB stick
- Rename the file as the specified name with found with Andy's tool (it was simply "BIOS.FD" for me)
- AC unplugged, press Fn + Esc while you plug and switch on the computer.
- CPU fan will be noisy during ~2-3 minutes, and the computer will reboot by itself.

howewer, this unlocked BIOS didn't help me at all to disable speed stepping for my laptop
