Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hey im new and Sorry if this is not the correct section to post this. Just point me to where to post this and i will delete this thread.

I'm trying to flash my bios from dos. I cant use the windows Installer because i currently have a bios virus that is stopping me from booting into any version of windows.
If any once can help me it would be extremely appreciated. The model is a dv7-2014tx.

I have tried to use winrar and it does not give me the .rom file

It's named 3623F46.fd
