Hoping for SLIC 2.1 if possible Smile

Thanks in advance!
Its worth noting that Dells seem to have a higher failure rate than other mods. Please make sure you understand that youare flashing this at your own risk!

Here you go , i used Dell 2.1 SLIC + Certificate Included:-

1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\********.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt:

slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was sucessfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.

An update would have been nice..I updated my laptop with the one from the other post, but now the usb is not powered when machine is off/sleep (even with wake on usb enabled in bios).

Was wondering if this bios also had that issue.
Im sorry but as i dont have the machine to test it on , i cannot say

If you want to take the risk and flash , then do so , if not then fine

Remember that everything is done at your own risk!

I confirm this bios works. USB power still isn't working (even with official bios)

Seeing as the problem stays with official bios , id say a dodgy USB port.

Look in the bios for anything related to USB 2.0 Controller and make sure its enabled.

Been a long time, but I still haven't figured this out.
In the bios there is an option USB WAKEUP that only works when the adaptor is connected. I have it enabled, yet the usb delivers no power when on standby. I have the right adaptor for the laptop, and I toggled the function on/off to make sure it was enabled.

Is it possible fr youguys to check the bios option and see what is causing it not be enabled? This happens on the official bios.

Thanks
