At the moment only Linux and Hackintosh Mojave are installed on it. Are there tools to dump the BIOS on either of the installed operating systems?

I just flashed the modded BIOS and everything works like a charm!
Advanced BIOS setup menus enabled and Wi-Fi whitelist disabled :-)

i currently have a unlocked BIOS (for Wifi Whitelist) from here but i recently upgraded to a i7-3720Qm which is also partially unlocked for Turbo Modulation.
But it seems that overclocking/ turbo modulation is still locked in my Bios since it won't let me go higher than 3.4 Ghz on 4 cores but it should be normally possible to set it to 3.6 Ghz or higher.. Also there is no "Performance Tuning" Option in my Bios under "Advanced"
Is it possible to add this/unlock it?

BIOS Version: Lenovo 7BCN38WW (V2.04), 10.12.2013

I wanted to add a bios dump aswell but i'm not sure anymore which Program i had to use for this because the download link expired.
