Hello, I have a Dell Latitude 3540 laptop. I would like to access all available (currently hidden) settings of the bios (actually I need to change the thermal settings and, if not possible, I'm planning to use an eGPU setup later).

Manufacturer: Dell
Motherboard Model: Dell Latitude 3540
Bios revision: A13
Bios type: Insyde UEFI
Bios slic: 2.1
Bios download link: https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER0499193...540A13.exe
RW Everything Report Download Link: https://www.sendspace.com/file/ivjvob

Thank you very much.

Please, all the files you posted are locked or deleted. I really need to disable my AMD Graphics Card to install other versions of SO, others than Windows. In Windows, I managed to disable the graphics card in a few seconds in device manager before it froze. Can I do it in the bios. My official A10 bios does not have this option.
I am doing something similar...any luck?
Greetings! Hope everyone's doing well.

I want to access the hidden BIOS setup options on my Latitude 3540 (ver. A14). Since the Radeon dGPU no longer works, I thought I'd disable it and maybe increase VRAM allocation on the Intel chip a bit (if possible), so I can make the most out of this laptop before I ultimately have to get a newer PC.

Here's the link to the original BIOS download on Dell's website:

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know if any additional info is needed.

Best regards
Hi friend,
I want to start a New Way to pass Mods to users :

AutoMod ... How to use ?

1. Mode Sleep Bug (S3 Vulnerability) Mode :

Unpack the file and go into the folder then you will find the ".bat" programs, Dump.bat - Patch.bat, Write.bat

Form the folder execute the Dump.bat program by double click on it and get the "biosreg.bin" file, then execute ar same manner
the Patch.bat program and you'll get the "biosregmod.bin" file and at last put you laptop into a Sleep State (Suspend mode) ,
just close the lid for 5 minute.
Then open the lid to wake-up your laptop and execute the program "Write.bat" , it will write the bios mod !

A. Make a bios backup >> Dump.bat
B. Patch the backup making modifies >> Patch.bat
C. Write back the mod after suspend laptop activity (Sleep Bug) >> Write.bat

If Mode 1 will not work then use the Mode 2 ...

2. Mode USB Stick Flash For Error 28 :

Unpack the file and go into the folder then you will find the ".bat" programs, Flash.bat

Update from pure DOS with USB-bootable stick
See how to make one here:

Copy the "Modified" folder contents into the stick and boot in DOS mode and
Run Flash.bat to update.

Don't touch Video Settings or Disable Video Card It will Brick laptop !!!

The Bios Mod File is attached below ...
